a saddie baddie® is gender inclusive phrase we created to describe anyone who struggles internally with their mental and emotional health, but may not come across as so because of how “well” they carry their load. a saddie baddie® can be your strongest friend, the person that never asks for help, or the unassuming loved one who silently battles feelings of depression, anxiety, and/or other mental health issues. essentially, they’re a baddie who’s a lil’ sad too. follow us on IG and subscribe to The Soft Life podcast to join the convo!
